I love that I am strong! I love that if I have had a bad day there is a barbell with some heavy weights on it that I can pick it up and throw it down. Now I am no Elisabeth Akinwale but one day MAYBE :) In the last six months I have gained more strength than when I played basketball year round. I can do things like pull ups and olymipic lifts I've never done before in my life.
Dont get me wrong I have a LONG way to go... but not only do I love being strong I love having a fun CrossFit community that I can be strong with!
